In this project, we have focused on creating an innovative and user-friendly platform specifically designed to enhance the customer experience. We have prioritized the most commonly used functionalities and utilized a user-centered methodology, validating the base platform and allowing us to clearly identify friction points in the user experience. Using this information as a starting point, we have designed a completely new platform with a friendly and simple interface, even for complex internal processes. We have ensured that the use of this platform is highly incentivized and maximized to its full potential.
