Currently 36% of Colombians are housing renters  and there are more than 200,000 purchases of new housing per year. With this in mind, we designed a platform for a real estate company that integrates real estate solutions with client management solutions. The platform tracks payments made by the tenant in addition to managing the logistical needs of real estate company including  appointment scheduling and property discovery and matching according to client profiles. The platform also compares properties based on location and administrative prices.

The platform connects real estate companies with individuals in search of housing. This tool not only serves as a resource for individuals in search of real estate, but also as a resource for real estate companies. Thus the platform sinks the real estate ecosystem, delivering a higher quality of service for all users.
